Due to legal issues involving the Internet, the United States government (which governs my country of America) & the Japanese Government (the government governing anime firms in Japan) and the firms responsible for the media in which is presented in various formats, I cannot allow for fan translations using digitally-inputted translations.
(Layman's Terms: No fansubs or Scanslations)
Here's why:
1.) The United States Government is currently dealing with issues on Internet access being pervasive in many areas. Two battle happened in January 2012 (SOPA, or Stop Online Piracy Act, which died due to backlash of broad written regulations) and in early 2015 (The issue of websites being eliminated on grounds of how popular they ranked, which lost the battle due to America's highest authorities approving Net Neutrality.) Net Neutrality issues are still in contention with lawmakers, many of which only think that computers are only capable of Solitaire.
2.) Beyond legal issues with the government, there was a case with my dearly departed friend, a man on the East Coast who was attacked by a major translator in the Fanslation business. The translator's credentials are fraudulent and employ people that aren't credited for work given. The translator who is in charge is credited for their work. The head translator is one who targeted my friend. I can't say her name, lest I am stalked by her, like she stalked my friend. She's a major translator, so I can't accept such work.
3.) Toei, one of some firms that make anime in the mahou shoujo range of special genres on Earth, has some strict lawyers and a legal team that handles certain issues involving piracy. Toei is one of the biggest firms in entertainment, mainly producing superhero shows in live-action and anime as their claim to fame. Cease-and-desist letters are commonly sent out to have users remove said file from the server, lest they face legal wrath.
So, I recommend not doing it or promoting it on this board.
